| Quick,
aka "Fat Pants", yes, FAT PANTS! He earned his nickname due to his
current life-long weight battle. I swear he will gain weight if he
LOOKS at a cookie! Besides his "beefy" waistline, Quick is my Shadow! I
refuse to travel or go anywhere he cannot go. He is not only my
best-friend but my partner in so many dog sports. Whether it's
Competition Obedience, Agility, Sheep Herding, Rally, Conformation or
just helping me load sawdust, Quick pours his heart & soul into
everything. This guy has more DRIVE & DEVOTION than any other
dog I have ever met. I couldn't imagine my life without him. Quick
currently has earned his CD in 3 shows with 3 First Places, & 2
HIGH in TRIALS with scores 199.5, 199, 198.5, 198.5!!! Yes, he's an
amazing dog! He is so precise & truly loves his job. We will
be coming out in Open this Winter '09. In the agility ring Quick is
currently competing in Excellent B Standard & FAST, as well as Open
Jumpers. (We tend to knock some bars- hence why we are still battling
Open JWW). He is lightning fast & accurate too boot! Besides, our
crazy show career, Quick is the world's best barn dog! His favorite
past time is chasing squirrels or as they are also known as "boogie
men" & DIGGING! Yes, we have our very own excavator! He LOVES
to dig, ANYWHERE. Concrete, rocks, sawdust piles, ANYWHERE! I swear he
speaks english! I am so lucky to have such an amazing best friend. |

then there is "Puppy-Doo"(as he's called by his friends) the WILD man!
Sparky is known as the CRAZY part of the family! Always orbiting around
Quick, whom he thinks is his sheep. He is just so filled with
personality! Sparky & I are competing in Open standard& Jumpers
& boy is he FAST! He's like driving a Ferarri around an agility
course! His steering is so good I often pull or push him off course
since I am so used to driving Quick (the freight train). Besides
Sparky's INCREDIBLE drive & work ethic, he is the BEST dog to have
at home! LOVES to cuddle. I mean he will sleep for hours in your arms
upside down like a baby. He adores being held & can never do ANY
wrong in our eyes since he is "puppy-doo".. Yes, we let this one get
away with murder because he is always so darn sweet! Sparky is
Celeste's (Amber's Mom) new Competition Obedience partner, although she
"lends" him out to Amber for agility, she has GRAND visions for this
boy. Someday to win CRUFTS. Sparky just recently became a dad to 5 (Oct
'08). Look for this crazy ball of fire out on an agility course near
you!
